Phone rings and rings, yet no one picks up. Can't leave a message. Called a dozen times. Must be out of business
I just want to try and balance the review since the only person to put one was based on being too lazy to get their hands dirty. Learn how to open and close your own pool.
We had used J&J for several years to open and close our pool, but couldn't be more disappointed in their service and quality as they've grown their business. They opened our pool and cleaned our sand filter this year and it hasn't worked right since. After several conversations that went nowhere, unanswered text messages and voicemails over the past two weeks I've thrown in the towel on these guys.
