Just be aware, when you get work done by this company their work truck drives around with loose rock and dirt in their trailer sending rocks and debris all over the main roads in Phoenix. When you try and get their attention to alert them that their debris is hitting cars all over, you can’t get it because they are busy texting and playing on their phone while driving. Consumer beware.

My company is Vicsdale. Over Ten thousand pools I’ve had serviced and I have never had a company or employee this mentally ill or asleep. Anyone that uses this company is more asleep than the amateurs running it.

BEWARE of 1st initial professional visit. We were initially satisfied with results until the next day when the dirt retuned. They retuned with a vacuum and did a very poor job. We called many times and left messages requesting a callback. They won’t return calls or even have the courtesy to leave a message. We paid $400 in cash to replace the sand. The pop up’s are not working and I have purchased the pricey cleaning module. .Now I have no one to assist in the installation. I read another similar poor review of J n J pool se... read more
