I called J&J Pool Service at the beginning of July because my pool pump stopped working. Rob was professional and friendly. The Service Technician, Bryan came and fixed the problem, without having to replace the pump. I appreciated that they didn't try to over-sell me a new pump just because. Bryan was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Definitely recommend J&J - and will call them for all my pool issues in the future. Great service, kind, professional and knowledgeable!
My dad was in need of a new pool liner and a family member suggested we contact J&J Pool Service because they were an excellent company to deal with. My dad ended up wanting new tracking and in the process more sand was needed before the new liner could be installed and without any hesitation Alex and his team ordered everything so that they could proceed with the liner install as planned without my dad needing to make any other arrangements. J and J recently changed the sand in our filter and replaced and installed a new pool pump. We were very pleased with the entire process. Rob answered and returned calls promptly and was super easy to deal with. Thanks Rob! I wish customer service was this good at most companies.
