They’ve replaced some gas lines to a furnace, and installed a new hot water tank for me. Good communication, easy to work with, and very reasonable pricing.

I called Jason with a broken drain pipe. He told me that he was booked for the day but would try to fit me in the next day. I gave him my name and address. When I told him how desperate our situation was he said he could stop by and check out the problem, so as to have an assessment of what to bring later. With some time and a lot of effort the job was done, then and there, and with no need to come back the next day after all. He would not settle for anything less than doing it right. J and J was recommended to me by another plumber because it seems like everybody is booked 2 to 3 weeks out. Called them on Monday, and they were out Tuesday. They said they could work me in between jobs. They came in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and set about fixing it. They also found a couple of additional issues, and they fixed those as well. Very professional and told me exactly what they were doing and why. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.

Called to have an exterior gas line disconnected that ran to my garage. Jason was quick to respond. He was professional and his pricing was fair. I would use J&J plumbing again.
