Not sure about his plumbing skills, but customer service is not great. He gets 2 stars for calling back quickly...but I won't be using his team. We were looking to see about having him come take a look at my MAJOR shower issue and he said he would charge to come take a look..."ok, fine, how much?" Jaime is very professional. He was very quick to respond. On time. He quickly recognized the problem with my furnace, got the part, and was able to fix it the same day for a fair price.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. We agreed he’d show up the next day. And he asked me to send pictures of the heater and text him. I did so and asked him to reply that he got them. No reply, no text back no confirmation call. I called him the next day to see if he was still coming. He said he couldn’t make it because he didn’t know the address. Jaime was very responsive and had very quick service when our water heater broke. He delivered a great installation of a high quality gas tankless water heater. Would definitely recommend!
