If I could give less than 1star I would..... save yourself the effort, time, and money by choosing another company. Horrible communication, damaged our lift and would not admit to it, never leveled the lift said that would cost more after our initial conversation, put the lift beam back together incorrectly to the point we cannot use our lift. On top of the absolute crappy job, they wanted to take me to collections for not paying my bill on a half ass incomplete job.
Warning! Do not use this company! They are not professional and do substandard work. I've used this company for the past few years and its been nothing but a headache. This year I called in April to have my pier and lifts put in and after too many calls to count they finally showed up in June. I called the first week of October to have them taken out and they are currently frozen in the ice! Their work was not great and my pier needed correction by another contractor but final straw was there failure to take pier out when they had been contracted to do so in fall. Never communicated they weren’t until finally after repeated calls they indicated it was now too cold! Left me hanging.
