They took over LW Peters and then didn't pick up my trash. When I called they wanted to pick up 4 days later! I called another provider to set up service then called JJ Peters back to cancel and then they wanted to come the next day! I paid 6 months in advance and wanted a refund for the remaining 3 months and was told no refunds! What?!! I didn't choose this company! Then told would get refund. Used them for years! Had a sign on my stove by my trash that said dont take!! Well why did JJ Peter's take my stove && dollie!! Then scream at me because I told them there was a sign on it to not take!!

The nicest receptionist, hands down! Always helpful when you call in with questions! The best garbage service around!

We have been using JJ Peter's for about 6 years now and they have been great. They are reasonably priced and the gentlemen that pick up trash in our area are always friendly. I've even run out last minute because I forgot to put my trash put and they were very kind about it and patient. The woman who answers the phone is also always very nice.. I definitely recommend them if you are in the Howard area!
