DO NOT USE J & J. If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience is the same as others who have been conned into paying tens of thousands of dollars for supposed repairs due to "microscopic" bugs so that the rugs could be sold at the very high price that they assessed them for, which Joseph, the representative with whom I dealt, assured me would be realized quickly. Then no response, no updates, then delays, then suggestions we give the rugs to our daughters, then more delays in response, failures to call back, etc. ... read more
I had by far the best experience in buying a quality rug from them. Joshua is wam funny and quite honest. Their prices are wholesale. They guaranteed all their rugs. They repaired one of our old rugs and made it look brand new. Strongly recommended!
Love this shop! The name says it all. J & J Oriental Rug Gallery has an amazing selection of quality Oriental rugs at good prices. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the number of rugs, but the knowledgeable staff were very helpful. A wonderful shopping experience.
