I am extremely upset with the way J & J Oil handled my delivery. I called on Thursday to request oil. By Friday morning, my tank was completely empty. I tried calling and texting multiple times and got no response. I even had a friend call for me. When she reached someone, they asked for the delivery address — but once she gave them mine, they refused to deliver. Because of this, I had no heat for the entire weekend during freezing temperatures. I have been a loyal and dependable customer, and the least I deserved was a simp... read more
The communication from this company is nonexistent. They will answer for a new customer and ignore current ones. They left my friend in the cold for an entire weekend, requested she call for service and when she does, nobody answers or calls back. Do better!
The owner and his son are amazing, the only place I’d get oil from!
