So bad do not come here went to get anc tip very simple nails was there for almost 3 hours and they put 7 coats on of polish my nails are so thick and chunky. On top of that every time I have come to get my nails done here the workers sit and just watch as I get my nails done not a comfortable environment at all. One of the workers also was cleaning his ears with a q-tip right in front of me as I’m getting my nails done disgusting and unprofessional.My nails are literally so horrible and not what I wanted. I have been struggling to find a good nail technician, someone who I can keep coming back to and today I had my nails done by Grace and I am thrillled! She is so very skilled and pays attention to the detail. While I have no doubt that everyone there is excellent, its nice to know I can make an appointment and know what to expect.

Kaiden was AMAZING! I am a new customer from out of town and visiting my Aunt on vacation. I decided to call J&J for a mani and pedi appointment and I was more than satisfied. Thanks for helping me enjoy my vacation and relax. I would definitely come again if I ever visit Burnt Hills again.
