I had a 1:00 pm appointment and waited 45 minutes for a pedicure that is was charged 55 dollars for and it lasted exactly 18 minutes! She didn’t even message my legs or my feet and my nails are crooked I won’t be back there was no one waiting and they were in such a rush it was just bad all the way around not even one word from either person that worked on my nails

I have found my new regular nail salon. My previous one sold and closed and as I went to several trying to find my new “home salon” they were by far the best. Their professionalism, abilities, speed, price made them stand out from all the others as checking all of the boxes. It may not have all the glitz, but that is fine when all I am needing is to have the service provided with comfort and have the service done CORRECTLY. I feel fortunate to have been able to find them.
I visited 3 other nail shops in O’Fallon before I found J&J Nails. Jimmie does a great job on my nails, he’s quick and my nails always look nice. Jenn gave one of the best pedicures ever, that massage was everything. She was massaging my legs and feet and I felt the tingle all over my body, now that’s what a GOOD pedicure is all about!! I highly recommend this place!
This place is very bad this lady i don’t know her name she rushed on my toes and they look a mess I will not be going to her again and if I have to I will leave without paying.
