Went there for the first time me and my youngest daughter got her nails done. My daughter‘s nails looked horrible. The nails were pointing upwards. The paint job was horrible. It look like a kid did them I told him I wasn’t happy with it and they’re like no no it’s fine so I just left it at that and we left. I took her to another nail salon had them removed and redone the right way first time there and last time we never go back horrible experience.

I went into the salon at 1pm and asked if they do appointments. The lady said yes and I said okay great, I would like to come at 4:15 and showed her the design. She was the only one working on nails. It’s VALENTINES DAY and I have dinner planes hence me making the appointment. I got there 2 minutes early to make sure I’d be seated. She decided to seat someone 10 mins before my appointment and I got there while she was still shaping the nails. Waited 20 mins and she was nowhere near done so I had to leave and wasted my time.
