I am so glad we found this company. Mr Yang (director) was simply AWESOME to deal with! He was very patient and gave us a very helpful and impartial advice. Mr Yang gave us a price which no one else in Canberra could match. The old carpet was removed and laminate installed in one day! His team was very friendly and professional. They even helped us to move our furniture. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Mr Yang to anyone needing new flooring.
After two months, the floor started creaking and was bouncy. i rang them several times. 1st - they said they'll call me back but they didn't. 2nd - no one's picking up and I left a message. 3rd - they answered but told me I rang the wrong number. 4th, 5th, 6th - no one's picking up at all. Don't want to leave a bad review if this can still be settled but they're not responding.
Experienced staff solve out our flooring needs and excellent installation job, well done team will recommend to people which needs any timber flooring work
