Every time I go into their shop they are always helpful. They lay out what is wrong with the boat or motor and explain the cost. I know a lot of people who have been using J&J for many years. And to the customer who left a previous review, if you have no money which you clearly stated why would you expect them not to get paid for the work they did. I'm sure they have family's to support.
