I would strongly not recommend J.J Kokesh. We just had them out this week. The plumber was there for 2 hours and replaced a toilet wax ring and 2 faucet washers. They charged $588. Later that day one of the handles on the faucet that the plumber repaired began leaking, which it had not previously. I wasn’t home, but he charged my wife $260+ more to repair the damage he had caused. Steve was a friendly guy, but the price for such a simple repair and for damage that had not been there previously, was exorbitant.
I can’t say enough good things about the service and attention to detail that was provided this morning. Our family home had water/sewage issues late last night and we luckily got in touch on the phone and squeezed in this morning. Not only did the team take time to find the correct issue, they were diligent in handling it correctly and more than double checked their work. Our kitchen sink was leaking into the basement. Steve with JJ Kokesh & Sons arrived the next day and correctly diagnosed the issue with his vast experience and knowledge. Mitch came in and completed all work quickly and efficiently. He was polite and happy to answer questions. We’ll be requesting him the next time we need any plumbing work.
This is a new-to-me house and I had a lot of questions. As with many older homes, not everything was quick and easy. Billy patiently worked out the details, made the necessary updates and was always pleasant and explained the process. I would definitely call them again!
