My family has been using them since I was a kid. My employer as well, since before I was born. A pillar in the community and I’m honored to use them as well. I got same day service for a leaking sink in the kitchen when overnight guests were with us. Yes, SAME DAY. Mike Nelson came out. We recently found a rather large hole in our main sewer line, seeing as it was the original cast iron we figured it was time to replace. After calling around and having many people come look and quote, we finally had JJ Kokesh (Billy) come out. Billy came out was super friendly, and blew all of the other quotes. The day of came and Billy showed up and immediately went to work. Even with problems outside of his control (old plumbing not wanting to match up with new stuff) he kept a great attitude and was very, very apologetic... read more
