Doesnt keep up with units when something needs fixed. Been waiting 4-1/2 Years and still waiting for them to fix my apartment. They are a good understanding co When you are having hard times paying rent they work with you as long as you keep updating them about your financial issues and they see your trying to get help for your rent.
This company manages the property that I live in. For the most part they seem like decent people however if you are bullied by a tenant youre pretty much on your own. They do not provide Lawn Care , I did the lawn care for my apartment by myself last summer and I refuse to do it this year . The upstairs tenant has NEVER done it! BUT they are definitely 100% on top of fixing things that are broken/not working right, so I have to give them 5 stars for that. Vicky and Jeff are awesome!
