Had Insurance for a few years. Never bothered them with any claims. Half way through my time, I had to remove one of my few policies and it was messed up and it was hard to get ahold of her and it was never resolved just ignored with no follow up or answers. Tried to give it more time but felt like any time I had a question it felt impersonal, brushed off, and inconvenient. Awful communication from Lorie until I asked to end my insurance, then she was quick to respond and it was dealt with in a matter of minutes.
