I filed my taxes here 22’ and during our visit the lady helping me Awnsers her phone and gets up and leaves for 20 minutes without saying a word to us. Than another woman comes and sits down and to continue my taxes. Without even asking any questions or saying anything to me. So unprofessional than the woman on the phone comes back and continues.
