What can I say about these guys? Not good things. Please save your money. Unprofessional. I could not get them on the phone even after I paid for the job. Bad and misleading business. This company has a contract with home depot so be aware. I used their services through home depot and they screwed my order. I measured the kitchen and bathroom countertops and received an estimate. I included the backsplash in both drawings. When JJ imports reviewed the estimate they included a charge for the additional sink and back splash. Terrible service, unresponsive, rude, unprofessional. Messed up my vanity top, used wrong sinks and tried to convince me that it is okay. Still don't have a functioning bathroom after 2 month working with them.
Terrible service,quality and response time. Do not use as a contractor or as an inspector.
Do not use. Took a month to install. When they finally did install on a Friday, they said I wouldn't have my plumbing hooked up until Monday. When I complained they basically said too bad. Had company that weekend and they knew that as well.
