Been here a very short while and it is the best company I’ve ever worked for. I’ve worked 12 CBRF and AFH between Wisconsin and Minnesota and this is the ONLY one where quality of care provided to the clients and the quality of staff is constantly being evaluated and improving. They also seem to genuinely care about their staffs well being to avoid burnout. It is like putting on glasses after years of being blind!
