First class family owned business. Very professionally competent and deliver valued added solutions to HVAC needs. Nice to do business with. Will go the extra effort to ensure a quality job! Been using for over 11 years from custom build to follow up preventative maintenance and repair.
Jason was quick to respond when our beach house AC unit stopped working. He and his team were accommodating and considerate to our rental guests. Jason was on time and prompt. The unit was replaced with an upgrade within 48 hours. I highly recommend J & J Heating & Air. A big thank you to Jason!
I called on a Friday evening and Jonah came to check on my heat pump the next day. It was not cooling effectively and the unit needed replacement. The weather was about as hot as it gets on Edisto and the temperature inside my home was 90 degrees! Jonah was able to order a new unit and install it on Tuesday. I greatly appreciated his prompt and thoughtful service and really appreciate being able to cool my house!
