I would actually give a zero if I could. My home warranty sent this company out they have been to my property no less than 5 times since April 1st. I just found out today they were authorized and my home warranty purchased a TXV Value that was picked up by J & J, they reported it was installed! They NEVER replaced the Value and another company has to complete a job they received the part for and got paid to do that they LIED and never did. I hope you lose your contract with 1st American for being crooks!! I will never allow ... read more
Amazing, honest, and reliable. I was quoted $6800 by a different plumber. J and J took care of it for $400. I would definitely recommend.
