Kristine and her team made a difficult time (and planning a funeral from another state) as easy as possible. From the kindness of her team taking my mother back to PA to sitting with me and explaining all of the funeral ceremony options, she was compassionate and quick to get back to me to answer my questions. I am so appreciative for her attentiveness and her attention to detail. She was kind and even mailed me the death certificates so I wouldn’t have to travel again to pick them up. Thank you for being there for me.
My husband just passed away and I knew that Hartenstein was going to be the Funeral Home that I was going to be using. From the moment they came to the house to the time I picked up my husband they made everything go so smoothly. At a time of being broken hearted they help me through everything.
