Hartenstein's was so good to us when we lost our son. They were so professional and a tremendous support for us when we needed it the most. Their care and attention to our grief continued past the day of the funeral and those first awful weeks. Thanks again, God bless you in your work.

Kristine and her team made a difficult time (and planning a funeral from another state) as easy as possible. From the kindness of her team taking my mother back to PA to sitting with me and explaining all of the funeral ceremony options, she was compassionate and quick to get back to me to answer my questions. I am so appreciative for her attentiveness and her attention to detail. She was kind and even mailed me the death certificates so I wouldn’t have to travel again to pick them up. Thank you for being there for me.
