Exceptional carpentry, highly recommend! No relation....
Joe has been my "go to" guy for jobs large and small around my house, everything from repairing light fixtures to repairing and replacing my deck. He came at a moments notice when my washer broke a pipe and decided to start spewing water all over. He is creative 00 strung a wire between tree in the backyard so I could put up bird feeders that the squirrels couldn't get to --- Just good work!
He's replaced windows and doors for me and remodeled office space for me. He's been great to work with. Very clean and honest. I'd highly recommend him. He is also really clean and neat. He left I would have never known he was there. He'd done work for other people in my complex too and they have all been very happy.
We had four windows replaced with wood windows. He didn't protect the wood while insulating and therefore got spray insulation all over the frame of the pre-finished windows and the kitchen wall. To correct the problem he simply stained over the insulation. He didn't protect the wood while using a clamp, which then left claw marks on the sill.
