John was very communicative and worked very quickly to come give me an estimate. His costs were totally fair and it was a pleasure working with him.
Cannot say enough about John & his team’s efforts! Very responsive whether replacing entire window or the glass! Was thrilled with their efforts recently replacing 6 double pane glass w/uv and at a price that was very fair!!!
No call back.
Had a broken window. J&J was able to come out the same day, order the replacement, and have fixed in about a week. The other, larger, window companies took longer than that just to get someone out for a quote. J&J is exactly what is great about a local company/service. Will definitely use again for any window repair/replacement
