Excellent customer service and good technical skills by Jesse and Robert. They were able to fix my gate operator quite quickly. Will definitely use J&J Automatic Gate Service again.
First off I never write reviews and was not asked to leave one but I had to for this company. Jesse my technician and his coworker whose name I didn’t get were on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me get my gate working again. Luckily it was a quick easy fix so no parts were needed to be replaced. 10 min tops to fix the issue! I highly highly recommend J&J Gates for all your gate needs! I will most definitely be using them again in the future!
