Really fair and I am really impressed with how fast they get things done. Less than a week from calling them to come out to all issues fixed, and installed a new drainpipe around my perimeter to my sump from 9am to 2pm. Entire crew was polite and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Be prepared if you hire them cause they role deep and will need some driveway space. From the beginning, Sid, the owner of J&J Foundation Repair, seemed knowledgeable and reassuring. He convinced us, three years ago, that the crack in our foundation didn't require the extensive (and necessary, as we now know) piers that another company recommended. He proposed a less invasive solution involving beams and driveway adjustments, assuring us of a "warranty" and promising to address any future issues.
