I referred an out-of-province client to place an order for a bouquet to be delivered to a patient at the hospital. The roses wilted and died within just a couple days. The florist refused to offer a replacement and stated that the flower quality was beyond their control. The response was rude, lacking empathy, and showed poor customer service with a " we don't care " attitude. Very disappointing experience.
