Love this place!
Great place and great produce. Best times to go is on Saturday or Sunday before noon. Any later or during the week, and you will have to cope with listless Centurions from "The Village."
highly recommended Fresh vegs and fruit locally grown, cheap, lots of variety. Staffed by nice simple, non aggressive, people - relaxed farming type. Lots of seniors and busy parking lot, but we will all get there one day so be gentle and slow up around them.
Overcharge An extremely bad experience! Friday morning I shopped at the farm for a few grapefruits, tomatoes and lettuce. I got a bill of $8.39, which I paid. Walked to my car and realized, that something is wrong; it cannot be as much as I was charged. Did my calculation ?? it came to $6.90. Walked back to the store and asked them to re-calculate my purchase. The sales person refunded my ??overcharge? with the following comment, ??oh believe me it does not go to MY pocket!? .I told her that I don??t care who??s pocked it go... read more
J & J Farms is GREAT J & J Farms always has great friendly service, the food is fresh, the prices are usually lower than anywhere else, and it's very convenient to shop there.
The best little fruit stand.... This fruit stand has never disappointed me. Located right by Deer Creek and Century Village it is easy to get to. They always have fresh produce available that is just bursting with flavor, at great prices. Check this one out it's a don't miss if you like good fruit and vegetables.
The Hippie in me To the J & J Farms family that runs the shop...I found an awesome site called thedailygreen.com that allows you to put in your zip code and search for local farms, green markets & recycling centers. Did not see J&J Farms on the site. Would love to see you on there.
