J&J installed new railing and stairs in our home and never had to come out and measure or anything. We are 100% pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of their workers. Wehighly recommend them.
We changed the upstairs from carpet to hardwood floors and subsequently needed our staircase rebuilt in hardwood. I had used J & J a few years back when they switched out our old handrails and posts to a more classic look, so I knew that I wanted them to do this job because they are truly that good. If I could give them 100 stars , I would. I had been wanting to change the railing on my stairs and had thought about doing the steps as well. After Jose came out and did a consultation with me and confirmed that my stairs needed to be done as well. I was sold!! I had seen their work in a neighbors home and had been wanting to work with them and after the consultation I knew they were the ones to go with. J & J Elite Carpentry recently replaced our old stairway. They respond fast, always keep us updated re:project, and offered a number of valuable suggestions. We really like our new stairs and highly recommend them.
Great experience with J&J Elite Carpentry. The office staff is very professional and responds to emails quickly. The installers were meticulous and did a beautiful job and cleaned up. I highly recommend!
