Great experience with J&J Elite Carpentry. The office staff is very professional and responds to emails quickly. The installers were meticulous and did a beautiful job and cleaned up. I highly recommend!
The team was phenomenal from inquiry to finished project. Very thorough, detailed and personable. They made wonderful recommendations for my rail project that I otherwise would have never been aware of. I would 100% recommend you work with them, we are so incredibly impressed with the labor, customer service and overall care for the project in my home.
Excellent service! My husband and I reached out and were able to get someone in our home same day to discuss our ideas to replace our old metal rail in our entryway for a wooden one. The gentleman who came to replace our stair rail were prompt, clean, and thorough. All furniture was covered well, holes in the floor filled with wood filler, and touch ups made on wall with our paint where our old railing went. What a wonderful and fantastic experience working with J&J!! From start to finish this company is a complete 10 out 10. From dealing with Vanessa who is absolutely fabulous in the office and an absolute pleasure to work with, to the owner FaceTiming with me as long as I needed to go over things and make sure they were all right, to the installers staying as late as possible to make sure every detail was perfect!!
