On February 20, 2026, I called the store. Whichever tech I spoke to was very polite and offered me troubleshooting ideas prior to me bringing in my device. The tech I spoke to said that they usually get diagnosis within about a week of drop-off and that there is a $85 non-refundable deposit due. Once they diagnosis and give a quote, its up to the customer whether or not to proceed as cost can be up to $500. I appreciated the explanation the tech provided over the phone. Tried to pass off a standard cable as the premium cable I need and asked for. The plaque on the wall says they have integrity not so much. I was trying to support local small business but they clearly figured I was female and that I didn't know what I needed or I wouldn't know what they sold me. For a computer place to not know what a display port 1.4 cable is or HDMI 2.1 they are behind the times.
Technician was able to help me located the correct main board to fix my LG TV, wouldn't have been able to fix the issue without their awesome help! Technician was able to help me down the correct path and was able to give me the information that I was not able to get anywhere else, especially from LG support. LG Support was horrible and kept pulling me in circles and never answering my questions. The guys at J&J electronics were fantastic, and very knowledgeable to work with, helping me with my electronic issues over the years. I really appreciate the time they gave me, very good customer service.
When in for some help on my electrical on my circuit and they helped me out with no headaches. Thanks
