Took a motor in for reassembly early in 2021. Following several months with no word, I stopped back by. The motor was in a pile of others near the back door of the shop and had obviously not been touched since I dropped it off. Was told that "I'll get to it next week." Following an additional couple of months with no word, I stopped in again. The motor was laying in the same spot. There’s an avoidable reason small businesses go under and the one I’m never upset about is when they absurdly price gouge. I had a pump break while I was gone and needed a neighbor to get it fixed. I ended up paying over $350 for a pump that’s available at plenty of stores for $170 with an hour labor charge to attach it to a pool pump… It’s a much shorter task I hate to be critical of local businesses just for inherently being more costly but this isn’t right.
