It's either hit or miss. Some stylists can do hair well and some don't.

They were short staffed and expensive. I was pleased with the results and the speed of the service from shampooing to walking out the door.

They do a pretty good job, hair wise here, like you'll be satisfied with the results 95% of the time. Comprehending what you want done they also do a good job with. The workers here have changed because years ago I was going here. No more Jackie, it appears. The new workers aren't bad but everybody doesn't have the same attitude or disposition. Officially my last time coming to this shop. I came here 3 weeks ago to get my sew in washed and blowed out as I have been for the last couple of years. I recently went back for the same exact service the only difference is they put me with another stylist. When I got to the register I was asked by the front desk worker “how much do you normally pay” I told her “$50” this is a huge red flag (they are making up the price depending on how they feel) because what that should not even be a question.
