We called him out to do a regen/delete for a DD15. He says he had the software for it and came out to complete the task. I don’t believe he actually knew what he was doing because he caused my truck to completely lose its power. I was left stranded on a 2 lane road overnight waiting for him to return. He came back the next day and still did not fix the issue. He was paid for a job that he didn’t do and we consider this a scam. We wouldn’t recommend him to other truckers in need! I don’t leave reviews usually but I have to leave this company a bad review because of the terrible experience endured. We had this guy come out to help with our broken down truck. For starters he doesn’t answer the phone or respond to text in a timely manner. He lied about when he would be at the location for repair. The whole experience from appearance to being educated on the repair matter was terrible. This mechanic completely scammed us. Charged $1,500 and did nothing to actually fix our truck — until he finally started responding after countless texts and calls to him. Lied about the work, gave excuse after excuse, and then completely ghosted us again — no returned calls or texts. When he finally showed up, he rushed through everything and clearly had no intention of doing a proper job, which could’ve costed us another break down. This guy is great!! He was working on my truck within 10 minutes after I called him Replaced my AC compressor and system in a truckstop in Close to 100° outside hundred percent humidity and at A great price I’m a very happy camper if I have any other major problems I would drive down there to have him work on my truck.very honest and very professional man.
