I brought my wedding dress from this shop and they were amazing. The shop is spacious and so many dresses. You go in and have the opportunity to look around freely. My alterations were exactly what I asked for and the staff were very helpful.
I had such a gorgeous appointment at J&J designs. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough time to try on all the dresses I liked but the staff were amazing and let me try on as many as I liked! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed for time. We had a lovely Prosecco and there was a comfy sofa for mum to sit on whilst I tried on. Bad experience!!! So please who ever wants to buy their wedding dress from this bridal shop , think twice because I had a very awful experience . So this is what happened, before placing my order for both my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses, I asked several questions to clarify if the dresses were made to measure, as some of my bridesmaids were coming from abroad. Had the best experience with lots of options of pretty dresses. Staff have been lovely every visit!! Lottie was fabulous and didn’t rush me. Would highly recommend
