Recently completed a deck with J&J. Horrible experience. The project ended up costing us 12% more because they couldn't order the correct material on time and then we found out the ones we wanted were out of stock and had to order more expensive because we were under a deadline. From timelines, they quoted 4-6 weeks in person, they put 8 weeks in the contract and they were still 1 month delayed! My retired mother had her deck replaced they did excellent work on time excellent communication they have a variety of colors and designs to fit any need for decks stairs fence ect and the work was top quality one of the best in St Louis I highly refer them to anybody that's building decks an my mother is pleased and satisfied thank you j&j decking
I have had a couple of reviews for J&J from early last year, but for whatever reason Google keeps removing them. Jeff did a great job on our deck last year as we had all floor boards replaced and new support beams added, as well as a sanding and staining stairs/railing. The biggest compliment I can give is if someone in my family said they were looking to get some deck work done, I would send them here right away. J&J Decking went above their normal level by completing the project on short notice with an extremely tight timeline. Even last minute requirements were done to bring my 20 year old deck up to current inspection code. I couldn’t have done this with out their help.
