J & J Concepts in Hudsonville remodeled our whole main floor including all new flooring, new kitchen, new exterior front door with side lights, new office, furniture and more. They did a fantastic job with workmanship, and Interior Design. It was a pleasure working with both Jerry and Patti. I definitely recommend.

We built with J and J 7 years ago. The experience was fun, and they worked around my schedule as I was pregnant at the beginning and had a 3 month old at the end. They also stayed on budget. I was less than $2K over the initial budget at the end, which I was told was amazing. And 7 years later, the house is great, I get complements all the time on the design and we use every square inch of the home with our family of 6.

We built with J&J Concepts and had a similar experience to many other reviewers. Terrible subs, incompetent and/or shady bookkeeping, months late to finish, problems with subs not getting paid months after you paid for their work (email from a sub documents it), short subs without consent of homeowner, lots of excuses for disorganization, refuse to pay for property damage, blocked emails when you object to something, poor/no communication, no actual project management (plan on *being* the proj mgr), and extremely low time co... read more

Built with JJ. Was supposed to be in June 2018 and did not get in until October 2018. Overall the house is done. Was over budget which I expected. However, I received fines from Grand Rapids for J&J not managing job site. They had poor communication, excuses and continually ignored requests. Had issues with drywall and paint after house was done. Insulation requests were ignored.
