They came out fairly quickly, did a great job, & gave us a fair price. BUT because this was for a company, we needed to pay by credit card or to send a check (just like we do every other business/subcontractor) we need a COI, W9, & a 40GC. He did not want to send us any of this information. I tried to explain this is how we do things and I'm trying to pay you but I need those things in order to send out a check. He became very rude & said that he was just going to cut his losses and never work with us again & then hung up on... read more
