Got a detail done for $175. When I arrived, I noticed there were still several spots on the outside that needed attention, so I asked if it was finished. I was told, “We tried our best, but we don’t have the supplies to remove the glue.” My question is: why wasn’t I told that before I paid for the detail? Been in business over 40 years but current owner Travis (son of original owner JJ) claimed I was the “first person to act like this” when I asked for a receipt. 3 stars for being an equal opportunity employer and keeping the community alive and employed. Does GREAT work when they want to impress you (I highly recommend the 3+ hour exterior hand wax by Travis!), but lacks the proper infrastructure for regular, routine business.
