Sewer was backing up in the basement at a bad time so I scrambled to call around to get someone in quick. No one had someone available, but I caught J&J just in time. They made it over within 15-20 minutes to help me out. Planning on getting them back to fix the root cause.

Had an emergency on a Sunday. Tried several other companies without getting anywhere. He and his wife showed up within an hour. Took him just minutes to figure out what was causing the backup and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommended.
Jeff and Jennifer Brautigam are an amazing plumbing company that is quick and efficient. They walked me and my wife through the whole process, step by step. They did our lateral and redid the piping for our sump pump, due to the old pipe being to small. They cleaned up everything and it was like no one was there. I am telling everyone I know about them. I will call them any time I have any plumbing issues. Thank you again Jeff and Jennifer.
