J and J came out and assessed a cracked drain pipe. They came out same day assessed and gave me a quote quickly and timely. Worked with my insurance and honestly was the most down to earth and most understanding people I have encountered in this whole situation. They explained every detail to me and how best solution would be to fix it at this particular time. Even showed my husband the camera footage the crack. Jeff and his son come out to check on a water issue coming into the home with a leak from the house into our slab and foundation. Assess the problem got the excavator out and did an extremely well job. Very down to human people that understand what you’re going through and very knowledgeable in fixing the issues we had. So thankful for J&J. We had severe root infiltration in our old pipes causing water backup during heavy rain. Thankfully J&J was able to clear out, reline, and fix our pipes and drains. Any further plumbing needs will definitely be going through J&J.
