I am forced to believe all of these reviews are lies. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. There was no communication, customer service was horrific, and I had to call the police to get my car back in the end. This company held my vehicle from February 6th to February 28th without providing any quote. I made multiple attempts to retrieve my vehicle. Joel took care of the service needed for my C300. Very polite and professional. Also ordered a bracket for my front plate and installed it. I highly recommend J & J Benz Services.
They take really good care of you as a customer. I came for a transmission service and told Joel that I would also like a cabin air filter replacement. He took care of the cabin air filter at no cost and uploaded the service report on carfax. They are so much cheaper than the dealership
Very professional and pricing was transparent. If you have a Mercedes i would recommend you visit them, service was 10/10
