Terrible when picking up. I was not told I needed a hard hat before going there. Drove over an hour to get there and was expected to go back or "go buy one" (as I was told by shipping). All I needed was to borrow one. The shipping supervisor was a **** about it, saying, "I can't help you" and "I don't know what to tell you" (even though he didn't have a hard hat on).
