J&J always fixes my truck the FIRST time. They do not guess at the problem or bring out the parts cannon. John and his crew diagnose the problem accurately, provide an estimate, then repair the problem. If they see an additional issue they will advise me I should consider another repair. There is no pressure to complete the additional repair. Allison up front is very good at keeping me appraised on the progress and when I might expect my truck back. Thanks J&J.

J&J Automotive did outstanding work on my 2017 F 350. They handled a major engine reseal with professionalism, clear communication, and real attention to detail. The truck is running clean and strong again, and I appreciate how thoroughly they explained everything along the way. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust with a repair of this size, but J&J delivered. Highly recommended.

Awesome group of people. JOHN has EXTENSIVE knowledge of his craft and takes it to heart. I highly highly highly recommend them. Even the receptionist knows the craft. 10/10. Going back soon to get more work done!

Had an alignment appointment for over 2 weeks, advised upfront I’d be waiting on it. Got there this morning, was advised I’d have to leave it. I said I’m waiting on it. I was told that they couldn’t do it. Another truck was put in front of me. Never again

I went in for major surgery (a valve job)on my 7.3idi and was pleased to find out that the problem was a simple timing adjustment. They saved me sooo much $$$$. Honesty is hard to find
