After having my truck fail on the road, I had it towed to J and J. Jeremy was fair and honest about the needed repairs. It was fixed promptly and I was more than happy with the result. I have found someone I am happy to call " my mechanic". They are everything you expect a mechanic to be. If you need a mechanic, call Jeremy.
Our daughter was traveling alone from Dallas, on her way to a funeral, when her car quit. She had it towed to J&J. Not only did they treat her fairly and explain why and what needed to be done, they treated her with care and kindness. She was distraught and frazzled about the whole situation. They could’ve taken her money, locked up, and gone home. Instead, Jeremy and the rest of the crew waited with her until she was picked up. We are so very grateful that they didn’t just see a customer, they saw somebody’s daughter.
These guys are awesome! While traveling to a car show we had to be towed to the shop. They stopped everything to get us back on the road. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you for making our trip possible!
