It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but I've never been disappointed or felt like I was treated or charged unfairly here. Jimmy is a great mechanic, and really good at quickly diagnosing the issue. I've brought him over half a dozen different vehicles and he's gotten them back on the road every time.
Charged out the wazoo and didn't do anything
I went in for a oil change. they acting funny because I stayed with my vehicle. My father was a Master mechanic. So I know better to leave my vehicle unattended. When somebody asks funny for just a oil change there's something going on behind the scenes that shouldn't be. Be careful using these people. My trash radar went off like nobody's business and I don't like that feeling when it comes to a business. Just be careful using these people
I'm really disappointed because this shop has great reviews and I did not receive the same 5 star service everyone else did. Brought my car in because it was no longer running, as in, it won't drive more than a couple feet and the battery light came up on the dash. The first thing Jimmy said to me was "Did you drive it through a lake." That should've been when I took my business elsewhere, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
