The guys there are fantastic! We dropped by for an emergency issue and they solved it there and then, being extremely kind when we feared we might need to hand in the car for a couple of days. We will certainly keep in touch and we would definitely recommend JJ to anyone. Excellent service, thank you very much.
We recently brought a car from JJ Auto Solutions, unfortunately just before we due to go away for the weekend there was an issue likely caused by another garage who were carrying out a service of the gear box. John had the car collected, over 90 minutes away from his garage, repaired it and turned it around in less than one working day, he delivered it back at 20:00 that evening to ensure we could still go away that same evening. I had a very unpleasant experience with so called John. He’s such an irresponsible person. Held my car and never bothered to update me not until I called him. Customer service is very poor and he’s too arrogant and abusive.
