I called two weeks ago and made an appointment for this morning, to fix an issue with my radiator fan staying on. I dropped it off this morning, and wait several hours. I call, to check on the status, and the clueless guy told me the other mechanic left, At THREE, after CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT TWO DAYS AGO, and they wouldn't even be diagnosing it today. THEY WEREN'T EVEN GOING TO CALL ME, TO TELL ME. An explanation, or something, would've been nice. I had to race across town to get it to another mechanic before they closed... read more

Had very loud clunking sound from front left tire. In Owosso for business. Was not sure car would make it home. Stopped in at J&J out of the blue. Young man there graciously and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In and out in 10 minutes. It was fantastic to find someone willing to help a stranger in need.
