Had very loud clunking sound from front left tire. In Owosso for business. Was not sure car would make it home. Stopped in at J&J out of the blue. Young man there graciously and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In and out in 10 minutes. It was fantastic to find someone willing to help a stranger in need.
I was down visiting some friends and my car started acting weird on the I69, I pulled off can called the nearest auto garage. Rudy was amazing with me, and was able to fit me in right away and instantly knew what was wrong with my vehicle. We had great communication throughout the whole process. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR!!!! They had my vehicle since 3-12-25 brought in by tow truck since my vehicle had a warranty Rudy (owner) stated warranty don’t pay nothing for repairs and acted disguised because this was a possible warranty fix. Calls me 3-15-25 to tell me it’s going to cost $600 to fix Now today 3-17-25 I call for an update only to find he NEVER STARTED THE REPAIR waits 30 minutes and he calls me back to tell me he’s NOT DOING ANY WORK on my vehicle.
