From the very beginning, this vehicle has demonstrated serious and ongoing transmission issues—issues that were clearly known or should have been known to your staff at the time of sale but were never disclosed to me. I bought a 2015 crv and drove 5 hours to Maine 2nd day on the road and was very happy. I noticed a slight rattling noise on bumpy roads. I called Hassan and he said when could i bring it in ... I showed Gegory the mechanic he ordered some sway bearings and put them in immediately. I would surely buy from JnJ again!
