Extremely rude! Also kind of sounds like an AI voice when they answer the phone. Couldn't even get to the point where we talked about my car and what it needed. Would not recommend.
Very kind and affordable! Provided honest and simple details for everything and its cost, and was flexible with my schedule. And also has many nice cats.

Is apparently "too busy" to talk to potential customers and pretty rude. Hung up before I could ask how busy. I'm sure the work is great but the professionalism is lacking.
