Great customer service took care of me in minutes
Please take the time to read this. I took my 2004 Ford Ranger edge here to get the engine rebuilt. It took over eight months for the job to be complete and once I got it back, it did not run as it should with constant misfires and so many wasted days driving back-and-forth to the shop because they refused to answer the phone, the owner even told me stop calling. Don’t go here unless, you want electrical issues and an Altenator to take an ENTIRE month to be fixed, and guess what? It ain’t even fixed, instead of my light switch turning on my lights, it turns on my radio. Father and son, what an incompetent duo. You’d be better off towing it to Baghdad in the early 2000s.
Went to the Honda dealership, quoted me over $2k. I got recommended to Mr. Jackie, went the following week to see if what the dealership service tech was true, turns out I didn’t need all the “repairs.” Mr. Jackie is super knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing when it comes to cars. He didn’t even charge me half the price that the dealership service centers wanted. Definitely recommend 10/10.
